Meeting the Land of Israel” – at the Ein Gedi, Arad, Maayan Harod and Shlomi guesthouses

8.5 meter, three-dimensional relief models of Israel have been set up at these hostels. Alongside the model is an audio-guide explaining about Israel in general, and about the unique features of each area, in Hebrew and English. Tour guides coming to the hostels are also offered a kit explaining about the model and providing activities for students, on archeology, ecology, settlement and quality of the environment. The kits are given free of charge, and are returned at the end of the visit.
